TED HOYT

Attorney James “Ted” Hoyt is the founding member of Hoyt Legal, and brings our firm extensive experience in complex civil litigation, focused primarily on commercial landlord tenant and leasing matters. Ted comes to us from the downtown Boston law firm of Prince Lobel, by way of Mickelson Barnet in New Bedford. Before joining the Bar, Ted was an officer in the Army Special Forces (Green Beret), where he served in a variety of assignments and locations. Ted also has experience in the defense of claims for personal injury and property damage, and in real estate, land use and zoning, bankruptcy, employment, and family law.
